A method for preparing a graphene modified composite planar PH sensor. On a substrate the front side and the back side of which are slotted and coated with a copper foil, a wire is led out by being connected to the copper foil, and a first graphene film and a second graphene film are respectively deposited on the upper surface and the lower surface of the copper foil by using a micromechanical cleavage method; a Sb layer and a Sb2O3 layer are deposited on the surface of the first graphene film by means of a magnetron sputtering method, and then the outer surface of the Sb2O3 layer is coated with a Nafion layer by using a spin-coating method, so as to prepare a working electrode; an Ag layer is deposited on the surface of the second graphene film by using the magnetron sputtering method and then soaked in the FeCl3 solution, so as to generate a AgCl layer on the surface; and finally, a third graphene film is deposited on the surface of the AgCl layer by using a micromechanical cleavage method, so as to prepare a reference electrode. The pH sensor prepared by using the method for preparing a graphene modified composite planar PH sensor has the advantages of being quick in response, high in stability and reproducibility and the like, and can be applied to pH testing of solid, semisolid and paste containing a certain amount of water and pH testing of a solution.
