Abstract:
(EN) Techniques for increasing the lifespan of a nanopore DNA sensing device (100) are disclosed, including forming a first electrode (130), forming a second electrode (140), disposing the first electrode and second electrode within an insulator (120), and disposing a lipid bilayer (150) having a nanopore (152) between the first electrode and second electrode. The forming of the second electrode (140) comprises forming a silver (Ag) layer (536), pressing a mold (590) into the Ag layer to form a pattern in the Ag layer, removing the mold from the Ag layer, and exposing the Ag layer to an electrolyte (594).
(FR) L'invention porte sur des techniques permettant d'accroître la durée de vie d'un dispositif de détection d'ADN à nanopores (100), consistant à former une première électrode (130), à former une seconde électrode (140), à agencer la première et la seconde électrode dans un isolant (120) et à agencer une bicouche lipidique (150) comportant un nanopore (152) entre la première et la seconde électrode. La formation de la seconde électrode (140) comprend la formation d'une couche d'argent (Ag) (536), le pressage d'un moule (590) dans la couche d'Ag pour y former un motif, le retrait du moule et l'exposition de la couche d'Ag à un électrolyte (594).
