Abstract:
(EN) The present invention provides a jawbone cutting apparatus comprising a bone cutting tool for cutting a jawbone and a tool propulsion machine for applying a forward propulsive force to the bone cutting tool. The bone cutting tool is loaded in the tool propulsion machine such that the bone cutting tool can advance forward, and the tool propulsion machine receives and supports the bone cutting tool. According to the present invention, a cutting procedure for a jawbone, more specifically, a cortical bone can be performed fast and precisely, and the visual fear and pressure for a jawbone cutting procedure, which a patient may feel, can be largely reduced. Further, a forward-advancing distance of a bone cutting tool can be adjusted, so that the apparatus can stably perform a jawbone cutting procedure, such as a cortical bone resection, at a depth suitable for a patient's anatomical structure and a purpose of the procedure.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un appareil de coupe d'os de mâchoire comprenant un outil de coupe d'os permettant de couper un os de mâchoire et une machine de propulsion d'outil permettant d'appliquer à l'outil de coupe d'os une force de propulsion vers l'avant. L'outil de coupe d'os est chargé dans la machine de propulsion d'outil de sorte que l'outil de coupe d'os puisse avancer vers l'avant, et la machine de propulsion d'outil reçoit et supporte l'outil de coupe d'os. Selon la présente invention, une opération de coupe pour un os de mâchoire, plus particulièrement un os cortical, peut être réalisée rapidement et avec précision, et les craintes et pressions visuelles pour une opération de découpe d'os de mâchoire, qu'un patient peut ressentir, peuvent être considérablement réduites. De plus, une distance d'avancée vers l'avant d'un outil de coupe d'os peut être ajustée, de sorte que l'appareil puisse effectuer de manière stable une opération de coupe d'os de mâchoire, telle qu'une résection d'os cortical, à une profondeur appropriée pour la structure anatomique d'un patient et pour un objectif de l'opération.
(KO) 본 발명은, 악골 절개를 위한 골절개 공구와, 상기 골절개 공구에 전방 추진력을 가하는 공구 추진기를 포함하여 구성되는 악골 절개장치를 개시한다. 상기 골절개 공구는 상기 공구 추진기에 전방으로 진출 가능하게 장전되며, 상기 공구 추진기는, 상기 골절개 공구를 수용해서 상기 골절개 공구를 지지한다. 본 발명에 의하면, 악골 절개 보다 구체적으로 피질골 절개시술이 빠르고 정확하게 수행될 수 있고, 악골 절개시술에 대한 환자의 시각적 공포감과 부담감이 크게 감소될 수 있으며, 골절개 공구의 진출 거리가 조절될 수 있으므로 환자의 해부학적 구조나 시술목적에 적합한 깊이로 피질골절제술 등과 같은 악골 절개시술이 안정적으로 수행될 수 있다.
