Abstract:
(EN) The present invention provides a method for manufacturing a rare-earth magnet, the method comprising the steps of: preparing a rare-earth magnet powder containing R, Fe, and B as constituent components (here, R is at least one selected from rare-earth elements including Y and Sc; and M is at least one of metals); mixing a heavy rare-earth compound including a heavy rare-earth hydroxide with the rare-earth magnet powder; subjecting the mixed powder to magnetic-field molding; and performing sintering and heavy rare-earth diffusion at the same time.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un aimant aux terres rares, le procédé comprenant les étapes consistant : à préparer une poudre d'aimant aux terres rares contenant R, Fe, et B comme composants constitutifs (R étant au moins un élément choisi parmi les éléments terres rares y compris Y et Sc ; et M étant au moins un métal) ; à mélanger un composé de terre rare lourde comprenant un hydroxyde de terre rare lourde avec la poudre d'aimant aux terres rares ; à soumettre la poudre mélangée à un moulage sous champ magnétique ; et à effectuer un frittage et une diffusion de terre rare lourde en même temps.
