(FR) PROCÉDÉ DE NETTOYAGE DE SABLE AFIN D’EN ÉLIMINER LES SUBSTANCES TOXIQUES ET COMPOSITION DE NETTOYAGE
Abstract:
(EN) The method for cleaning sand which contains toxic and hazardous substances consists of the following steps: a) Sieving the contaminated sand with the sieve (3), b) Cleaning/scrubbing the contaminated sand in the attrition machine (4) in the slurry with adding of water from the water tank (5) for the purpose of removing toxic and dangerous substances as well as grease from the surface of the grains of sand, c) Grading/dripping on the dehydrator (8), in which cleaned sand and sludge are obtained, d) Sedimentation of sludge in the conical vessel (14) and removal of sludge by filtration, e) Separation of cleaned sand by grain size by using gravity concentration at the slurry separator (9 and 9') and concentration tables ( 10 and 10') where cleaned sand and wate-rock are obtained, f) Drying of cleaned sand, grading by grain size and storage and packing of sand graded in such manner, water, calcium oxide and aqueous solution of disodium metasilicate, sodium carbonate, benzalkonium chloride and ionic and/or non-ionic surfactants are added in the step b) of the sand cleaning process, which, when mixed within the attrition machine (4) create a mixture for the cleaning of sand and in the step d) filter press (17) is used for making an inert sludge cake.
(FR) Procédé de nettoyage de sable qui contient des substances toxiques et dangereuses, consistant à : a) tamiser le sable contaminé au moyen d’un tamis (3), b) nettoyer/épurer le sable contaminé dans une machine d’attrition (4) dans une suspension épaisse avec addition d'eau à partir d’une cuve à eau (5) dans le but d'éliminer des substances toxiques et dangereuses ainsi que de la graisse de la surface des grains de sable, c) classifier/égoutter le déshydratant (8), dans lequel le sable et la boue nettoyés sont obtenus, d) effectuer la sédimentation de la boue dans un récipient conique (14) et éliminer la boue par filtration, e) séparer le sable nettoyé en fonction de la taille des grains en utilisant la concentration par gravité au niveau du séparateur de suspension épaisse (9 et 9') et au niveau des tables de concentration (10 et 10') où le sable nettoyé et des débris de roche sont obtenus, f) sécher le sable nettoyé, classifier en fonction de la taille des grains et stocker et emballer le sable classifié de cette manière. Selon l’invention, lors de l'étape b) du procédé de nettoyage de sable, on ajoute de l'eau, de l'oxyde de calcium et une solution aqueuse de métasilicate de disodium, du carbonate de sodium, du chlorure de benzalkonium et des tensioactifs ioniques et/ou non ioniques, qui, lorsqu'ils sont mélangés à l'étape d'attrition (4), forment un mélange pour le nettoyage du sable, et, dans l'étape d) on utilise une presse à filtre (17) pour fabriquer un gâteau de boue inerte.
