Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to a method, comprising recording acoustic data of an environment (200) of a process machinery (201 -206) by a first sound acquisition unit (210-220) comprising a first acoustic sensor, transmitting recorded acoustic data to a data processing device (250), forming a first audio profile for recorded acoustic data by determining an acoustic spectrum for acoustic data received from the first acoustic sensor (210-220) and comparing it to pre-stored operational state audio in the memory of the data processing device (250). If the first audio profile corresponds to an audio profile of a malfunction operational state, the method further comprises locating the malfunction of the process machinery (201 -206) on the basis of a location of the first sound acquisition unit (210-220), determining at least one image sensor (230-238) at the location of the malfunction and transmitting a trigger signal by the data processing device (250) for triggering said at least one image sensor (230-238) for capturing one or more images and for transmitting the captured image data to said data processing device (250) for further analysis. The invention further relates to an operational state monitoring system and a computer program product performing the method.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé consistant à enregistrer des données acoustiques d'un environnement (200) d'une machine de traitement (201-206) par une première unité d'acquisition sonore (210-220) comprenant un premier capteur acoustique, à transmettre les données acoustiques enregistrées à un dispositif de traitement de données (250), à former un premier profil audio pour les données acoustiques enregistrées par détermination d'un spectre acoustique pour les données acoustiques reçues du premier capteur acoustique (210-220), et à le comparer à un profil audio d'état de fonctionnement pré-stocké dans une mémoire du dispositif de traitement de données (250). Si le premier profil audio correspond à un profil audio d'un état de fonctionnement dysfonctionnel, le procédé consiste en outre à localiser le dysfonctionnement de la machine de traitement (201-206) sur la base d'un emplacement de la première unité d'acquisition sonore (210-220), à déterminer au moins un capteur d'image (230-238) à l'emplacement du dysfonctionnement et à envoyer, par le dispositif de traitement de données (250), un signal de déclenchement en vue d'amener ledit au moins un capteur d'image (230-238) à capturer une ou plusieurs images et à envoyer les données d'image capturées audit dispositif de traitement de données (250) en vue d'une analyse supplémentaire. L’invention concerne en outre un système de surveillance d'état de fonctionnement et un produit programme d'ordinateur exécutant le procédé.
