Abstract:
The account complaint processing method provided in the embodiments of the present application comprises: acquiring first account complaint data of a first account submitted by a first user, wherein one piece of account complaint data comprises at least one characteristic content; when there is second account complaint data of the first account, comparing the characteristic content of the first account complaint data with that of the second account complaint data, so as to determine the correlation of the first account complaint data and the second account complaint data; when the correlation conforms to a pre-set correlation condition, determining that the first account complaint data is associated with the second account complaint data; determining, according to the first account complaint data and/or the second account complaint data, that the first account belongs to the first user; and sending a password of the first account to the first user or receiving a password of the first account input by the first user, so that the first user operates the first account by means of the password. The embodiments of the present application improve the accuracy of an account attribution determination result.
