Abstract:
(EN) Disclosed is a supervised multi-modality brain image fusion method. The method comprises: step 1, calculating a feature of each modality; step 2, matrixing and normalizing the feature of each modality; step 3, reducing the dimension of the feature of each modality using a singular value decomposition algorithm; step 4, based on the dimension-reduced feature of each modality obtained in step S3, simultaneously maximizing the sum of squares of a correlation between typical variables of each modality and that between the typical variables and prior information, and performing an iterative cycle until convergence; and step 5, connecting each modality component obtained in step S4 in series, and calculating and obtaining an independent component and a hybrid matrix of each modality significantly associated with the prior information using a joint independent component analysis algorithm, thus realizing supervised multi-modality brain image fusion. The embodiments of the present invention have better robustness and can reveal the physiological and pathological mechanism of complex brain disease cognitive function impairment.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé de fusion d'images cérébrales supervisée à multiples modalités. Le procédé comprend les étapes suivantes : étape 1, calculer une caractéristique de chaque modalité ; étape 2, matricer et normaliser la caractéristique de chaque modalité ; étape 3, réduire la dimension de la caractéristique de chaque modalité grâce à un algorithme de décomposition en valeurs singulières ; étape 4, en fonction de la caractéristique à dimension réduite de chaque modalité obtenue dans l'étape S3, maximiser simultanément la somme des carrés d'une corrélation entre des variables typiques de chaque modalité et celle entre les variables typiques et des informations préalables, et effectuer un cycle itératif jusqu'à la convergence ; et étape 5, relier en série chaque composant de modalité obtenu dans l'étape S4, et calculer et obtenir un composant indépendant et une matrice hybride de chaque modalité associés significativement aux informations préalables grâce à un algorithme d'analyse en composantes indépendantes jointe, ce qui réalise une fusion d'images cérébrales supervisée à multiples modalités. Les modes de réalisation de la présente invention ont une meilleure robustesse et peuvent révéler le mécanisme physiologique et pathologique d'une détérioration des fonctions cognitives par une maladie cérébrale complexe.
(ZH) 本发明公开了一种有监督的多模态脑影像融合方法。其中,该方法包括步骤1:计算所述各模态的特征;步骤2:对所述各模态的特征进行矩阵化和归一化;步骤3:利用奇异值分解算法,对所述各模态特征进行降维;步骤4:基于所述步骤S3得到的降维后的各模态特征,同时最大化所述各模态典型变量之间以及所述典型变量与先验信息之间的相关性平方和,并进行迭代循环,直至收敛;步骤5:将所述步骤S4得到的各模态成分串联,使用联合独立成分分析算法,计算得到所述各模态与所述先验信息显著相关的独立成分和混合矩阵,从而实现有监督的多模态脑影像融合。本发明实施例具有较好的鲁棒性,可以揭示复杂脑疾病认知功能损伤的生理病理机制。
