(EN)The present invention relates to a prosthetic assembly (1, 10, 100) comprising a prosthetic component (2, 20, 200) and a retention screw (6, 60, 600) with an interference geometry (5, 50, 500) designed to allow relative rotation, limit relative longitudinal motion and inseparably join the prosthetic component (2, 20, 200) and the retention screw (6, 60, 600). The interference geometry can be in the form of a ring attached to the retention screw (6) in a part of the body of this screw (6) having a smaller diameter, or in the form of one or more inwardly folded flaps integrated in the prosthetic component (20) and diametrically distributed around the base thereof, or in the form of a uniform, frustoconical and hollow projection of the lower portion of the prosthetic element (200). The invention further relates to a method for producing the disclosed prosthetic assembly (1, 10, 100), including the following steps: forming a prosthetic component (2, 20, 200) having a central hole (8, 80) for receiving the retention screw (6, 60, 600), forming a retention screw (6, 60, 600), the body of which has a portion having a smaller diameter (62, 602), inserting the retention screw (6, 60, 600) into the central hole (8, 80) of the prosthetic component (2, 20, 200), and forming an interference geometry (5, 50, 500) between the base of the prosthetic component (2, 20, 200) and the body of the retention screw (6, 60, 600).
(FR)La présente invention concerne un ensemble prothétique (1, 10, 100) comprenant un composant prothétique (2, 20, 200) et une vis de retenue (6, 60, 600), qui présente une géométrie d’interférence (5, 50, 500) adaptée pour permettre la rotation relative, limiter le déplacement longitudinal relatif et rendre indissociables ledit composant prothétique (2, 20, 200) et ladite vis de retenue (6, 60, 600). La géométrie d’interférence peut se présenter sous la forme d’un anneau fixé sur la vis de retenue (6) au niveau d’une partie de moindre diamètre du corps de cette vis (6), ou sous la forme d’une ou de plusieurs ailettes repliées vers l'intérieur, intégrées dans le composant prothétique (20) et distribuées diamétralement autour de sa base, ou sous la forme d’une saillie uniforme, tronconique et creuse de la partie inférieure de l’élément prothétique (200). L'invention concerne également un procédé de production d’un ensemble prothétique (1, 10, 100) présenté, comprenant les étapes consistant à former un composant prothétique (2, 20, 200) possédant un trou central (8, 80) destiné à recevoir une vis de retenue (6, 60, 600), à former une vis de retenue (6, 60, 600) dont le corps comporte une partie de moindre diamètre (62, 602), à insérer ladite vis de retenue (6, 60, 600) dans ledit trou central (8, 80) du composant prothétique (2, 20, 200), et à former une géométrie d'interférence (5, 50, 500) entre la base du composant prothétique (2, 20, 200) et le corps de la vis de retenue (6, 60, 600).
(PT)A presente invenção refere-se a um conjunto protético (1, 10, 100), incluindo componente protético (2, 20, 200) e parafuso de retenção (6, 60, 600), o qual dispõe de uma geometria de interferência (5, 50, 500) adaptada para permitir a rotação relativa, limitar o deslocamento longitudinal relativo, e tornar indissociáveis os ditos componente protético (2, 20, 200) e parafuso de retenção (6, 60, 600). A geometria de interferência podendo ser na forma de um anel preso ao parafuso de retenção (6) em uma porção de menor diâmetro do corpo deste parafuso (6), ou na forma de uma ou mais abas dobradas para dentro, integradas ao componente protético (20) e distribuídas diametralmente ao redor de sua base, ou na forma de uma projeção uniforme, frustocônica e oca da porção inferior do elemento protético (200). A invenção trata ainda de um processo para produção de um conjunto protético (1, 10, 100) apresentado, incluindo as etapas de formar um componente protético (2, 20, 200) incluindo furo central (8, 80) para recebimento de parafuso de retenção (6, 60, 600), formar um parafuso de retenção (6, 60, 600) cujo corpo inclui uma porção de menor diâmetro (62, 602), inserir o dito parafuso de retenção (6, 60, 600) em dito furo central (8, 80) do componente protético (2, 20, 200), e formar uma geometria de interferência (5, 50, 500), entre a base do componente protético (2, 20, 200) e o corpo do parafuso de retenção (6, 60, 600).
