Abstract:
(EN) An insert for constructing a cable accessory used to inject a fluid into a cable. The cable accessory has an outer body defining an interior configured to house a conductor of the cable. The outer body includes an injection port with an internal channel configured to receive the fluid. The insert has first and second portions. The first portion is configured to line a portion of the interior of the cable accessory. The first portion has a first through-channel configured to allow the conductor of the cable to pass therethrough. The second portion is configured to line the internal channel of the injection port. The second portion has a second through-channel in fluid communication with the first through-channel. The insert is less permeable to the fluid than the outer body of the cable accessory. The insert may be molded into the outer body.
(FR) Cette invention concerne une pièce rapportée pour construire un accessoire de câble utilisé pour injecter un fluide dans un câble. L'accessoire de câble présente un corps externe définissant un intérieur configuré pour loger un conducteur du câble. Le corps externe comprend un orifice d'injection avec un canal interne configuré pour recevoir le fluide. La pièce rapportée présente des première et seconde parties. La première partie est configurée pour garnir une partie de l'intérieur de l'accessoire de câble. La première partie possède un premier canal traversant conçu pour permettre au conducteur du câble de passer à travers celle-ci. La seconde partie est configurée pour garnir le canal interne de l'orifice d'injection. La partie distale présente possède un second canal traversant en communication fluidique avec le premier canal traversant. La pièce rapportée est moins perméable au fluide que le corps externe de l'accessoire de câble. La pièce rapportée peut être moulée dans le corps externe.
