(EN) The present invention relates to a respiratory gating system for inducing respiration of a patient during radiation therapy. A respiratory gating system according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises: an image management unit for acquiring an MRI image of a patient and processing the acquired image; and a projection unit for displaying the MRI image acquired and processed by the image management unit to the patient in real time, wherein the projection unit may be configured to project an image of a treatment area of the patient in real time using, as a screen, a bore of a radiotherapy equipment which is formed to surround the patient in order to acquire the MRI image.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un système de synchronisation respiratoire pour induire la respiration d'un patient pendant une radiothérapie. Un système de synchronisation respiratoire selon un mode de réalisation de la présente invention comprend : une unité de gestion d'images pour acquérir une image IRM d'un patient et traiter l'image acquise ; et une unité de projection pour afficher l'image IRM acquise et traitée par l'unité de gestion d'images au patient en temps réel, l'unité de projection pouvant être configurée pour projeter une image d'une zone de traitement du patient en temps réel en utilisant, en tant qu'écran, un alésage d'un équipement de radiothérapie qui est formé pour entourer le patient afin d'acquérir l'image IRM.
(KO) 본 발명은 방사선 치료 중 환자의 호흡을 유도하기 위한 호흡 연동 시스템으로서, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 호흡 연동 시스템은 환자의 MRI 영상을 취득하고 취득한 MRI 영상을 처리하기 위한 영상 관리부 및 영상 관리부에서 취득하여 처리된 MRI 영상을 환자에게 실시간으로 보여주기 위한 영사부를 포함한다. 여기에서, 영사부는 MRI 영상을 취득하기 위해 환자를 둘러싸도록 형성되는 방사선 치료 장치의 보어를 스크린으로 하여 실시간으로 환자의 치료 부위의 영상을 투사하도록 구성될 수 있다.
