(EN) Disclosed is a rotary drying device for a pretreatment-drying of green whole grains. The rotary drying device for pretreatment-drying green whole grains according to the present invention comprises: a dry housing which is formed as a hollow tube shape having a predetermined length and diameter, and which has a plurality of conveying vanes for conveying green whole grains arranged in a spiral direction on the inner circumferential surface, and which is disposed in a laid- down state so, when green whole grain, which has been steamed, is conveyed by a conveying means and inserted into an inlet, as to transport the inserted green whole grain toward the outlet while moving the inserted green whole grain upward and then dropping the inserted green whole grain by means of the conveying vanes, and which is rotated horizontally by a rotating means; a hot air generator which is provided at an inlet side of the dry housing so as to perform the pretreatment-drying of the green whole grains which are transferred while being dropped after being moved upward by the conveying vanes in the rotating dry housing, and which is to supply hot air with low humidity into the inlet of the dry housing; a hot air outlet provided at an outlet of the dry housing so as to discharge hot air having dried the green whole grain moving toward the outlet while being dropped and moved upward by the respective conveying vanes in the dry housing; and a discharge conveying means for conveying the pretreatment-dried green whole grain discharged to the outlet of the dry housing to the next processing step. According to the present invention, after the green whole grain such as barley of a mature-green stage is steamed and before becoming subject to a complete drying process, the green whole grain in a state of having a large amount of water is supplied to the inside of the dry housing which is laid horizontally and rotated, and the green whole grain is moved upward by the conveying vanes inside the dry housing and then dropped downward to be conveyed to the outlet side and simultaneously dried by dry hot air so as to provide an effect of pretreatment-drying a large number of green whole grains with a large amount of moisture on the surface thereof without adhering thereon.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un dispositif de séchage rotatif pour le séchage avant traitement de grains entiers verts. Le dispositif de séchage rotatif pour le séchage avant traitement de grains entiers verts selon la présente invention comprend : un logement sec qui se présente sous la forme d'un tube creux ayant une longueur et un diamètre prédéterminés, et qui a une pluralité d'aubes de transport pour transporter des grains entiers verts disposés dans une direction de spirale sur la surface circonférentielle interne, et qui est disposé dans un état posé, lorsque des grains entiers verts, qui ont été cuits à la vapeur, sont transportés par un moyen de transport et insérés dans un orifice d'entrée, de façon à transporter le grain entier vert inséré vers la sortie tout en déplaçant le grain entier vert inséré vers le haut, puis à lâcher le grain entier vert inséré au moyen des aubes de transport, et qui est tourné horizontalement par un moyen de rotation ; un générateur d'air chaud qui est placé au niveau d'un côté orifice d'entrée du logement sec de façon à effectuer le séchage avant traitement des grains entiers verts qui sont transférés tout en étant lâchés après avoir été déplacés vers le haut par les aubes de transport dans le logement sec rotatif, et qui est destiné à fournir de l'air chaud à faible humidité à l'entrée du logement sec ; une sortie d'air chaud située à une sortie du logement sec de façon à décharger l'air chaud ayant séché le grain entier vert se déplaçant vers la sortie tout en étant lâché et déplacé vers le haut par les aubes de transport respectives dans le logement sec ; et un moyen de transport de décharge pour transporter le grain entier vert séché avant traitement déchargé à la sortie du logement sec jusqu'à l'étape de traitement suivante. (KO) 녹색 통곡물의 전처리 건조를 위한 회전식 건조장치가 개시된다. 본 발명에 따른 녹색 통곡물의 전처리 건조를 위한 회전식 건조장치는, 소정의 길이와 지름을 갖는 중공형의 관 형상으로 형성되고, 내주면에는 녹색 통곡물의 이송을 위한 다수개의 이송날개들이 나선방향으로 각각 배치되며, 증숙이 완료된 녹색 통곡물이 이송수단에 의해 이송되어 입구로 투입되면 투입된 녹색 통곡물을 상기 이송날개들로 상부로 이동시킨 후 낙하시키면서 출구 쪽으로 이송시키도록 눕혀진 상태로 배치되어 회전수단에 의해 수평 회전하는 건조 하우징; 회전하는 상기 건조 하우징 내부에서 상기 이송날개들에 의해 상부로 이동한 후 낙하하면서 이송되는 녹색 통곡물의 전처리 건조가 이루어지도록 상기 건조 하우징의 입구쪽에 설치되어 상기 건조 하우징의 입구로 습도가 낮은 온풍을 공급하기 위한 온풍 발생기; 상기 건조 하우징 내부에서 각 이송날개들에 의해 상부로 이동하여 낙하면서 출구쪽으로 이동하는 녹색 통곡물을 건조시킨 온풍이 배출되도록 상기 건조 하우징의 출구쪽에 구비되는 온풍 배출구; 및 상기 건조 하우징의 출구로 배출되는 전처리 건조된 녹색 통곡물을 다음 가공공정으로 이송하기 위한 배출 이송수단을 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명에 의하면, 녹숙기의 보리 등 녹색 통곡물을 증숙한 후 본격적인 건조 가공하기 전에 수분이 많은 상태에서 수평방향으로 눕혀져 회전하는 건조 하우징 내부로 공급하여, 녹색 통곡물이 건조 하우징 내부의 이송날개들에 의해 상부로 퍼 올려진 후 하향으로 낙하하면서 출구 쪽으로 이송됨과 동시에 건조한 온풍에 의해 건조되도록 함으로써, 표면에 수분이 많은 상태의 녹색 통곡물을 달라붙음 없이 대량으로 전처리 건조시킬 수 있는 효과를 제공할 수 있게 된다.
