(EN)A non-invasive blood sugar measurement device using optical reflectometry is provided. According to an embodiment of the present invention, provided are a specific configuration and method, the configuration comprising: a light generation means for generating light to be emitted at the skin to be measured when OTDR and OFDR are used; an optical measurement means for measuring the intensity of light; an optical system for emitting the generated light at the skin to be measured and transmitting reflected light to the optical measurement means; an analysis means for analyzing collected reflected light on the basis of a change in the intensity of the reflective light with respect to time by using optical reflectometry; and a blood sugar calculation means for calculating, on the basis of the analysis result, a blood sugar level of the skin to be measured.
(FR)L'invention concerne un dispositif de mesure non effractive de la glycémie par réflectométrie optique. Selon un mode de réalisation de la présente invention, une configuration et un procédé spécifiques sont décrits, la configuration comprenant : un moyen de génération de lumière pour générer la lumière devant être émise au niveau de la peau à mesurer lorsque l'OTDR et l'OFDR sont utilisées; un moyen de mesure optique pour mesurer l'intensité de la lumière; un système optique pour émettre la lumière générée au niveau de la peau à mesurer et transmettre la lumière réfléchie au moyen de mesure optique; un moyen d'analyse pour analyser la lumière réfléchie collectée sur la base d'un changement de l'intensité de la lumière réfléchie par rapport au temps au moyen d'une réflectométrie optique; et un moyen de calcul de glycémie pour calculer, sur la base du résultat de l'analyse, la glycémie de la peau à mesurer.
