(EN)The present invention relates to: a transgenic Caenorhabditis elegans in which a glutamine tRNA 5' terminus-derived fragment (Gln 5'-tsRNA) is overexpressed; a preparation method therefor; and a method for screening for aging-associated factors by using the transgenic Caenorhabditis elegans. A transgenic Caenorhabditis elegans model provided in the present invention is an animal model in which Gln 5'-tsRNA is overexpressed such that aging is inhibited. When the model of the present invention is used, anti-aging mechanisms can be easily investigated, thereby significantly contributing to various research fields such as that of developing new anti-aging drugs and screening for age-inducing materials.
(FR)La présente invention concerne : un Caenorhabditis elegans transgénique dans lequel un fragment d’ARNt dérivé à l'extrémité terminale 5' par la glutamine (Gln 5 '-ARNts) est surexprimé ; son procédé de préparation ; et un procédé de criblage de facteurs liés au vieillissement au moyen du Caenorhabditis elegans transgénique. Un modèle de Caenorhabditis elegans transgénique selon la présente invention est un modèle animal dans lequel le Gln 5 '-ARNts est surexprimé de sorte que le vieillissement soit inhibé. Lorsque le modèle de la présente invention est utilisé, les mécanismes antivieillissement peuvent être aisément étudiés, de façon à contribuer significativement à différents domaines de recherche tels que ceux du développement de nouveaux médicaments antivieillissement et de criblage de matériaux induisant le vieillissement.
(KO)본 발명은, 글루타민 tRNA 5' 말단 유래의 단편(Gln 5'-tsRNA)이 과발현된 형질전환 예쁜꼬마선충, 이의 제조방법, 및 상기 형질전환 예쁜꼬마선충을 이용한 노화 관련인자의 스크리닝 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에서 제공하는 형질전환 예쁜꼬마선충 모델은, 글루타민 tRNA 5' 말단 유래의 단편(Gln 5'-tsRNA)이 과발현되어 노화가 억제된 동물모델로서, 본 발명의 모델을 이용하면 항노화 메커니즘을 손쉽게 규명할 수 있고, 이를 통하여 항노화 신약 개발, 노화 유도 물질 스크리닝 등 다양한 연구 분야에서 크게 기여할 수 있을 것이다.
