(EN)A nanofiber composite membrane for guided bone regeneration, of the present invention, is manufactured by spinning a spinning solution through an electrospinning method so as to manufacture a nanofiber, accumulating the nanofiber so as to manufacture a nanofiber web having a predetermined thickness, drying the nanofiber web, performing thermal calendaring thereon, and sterilizing the same, wherein the spinning solution contains a biocompatible plasticizer, such that an increase in brittleness during sterilizing treatment can be inhibited, thereby enabling physical properties, flexibility, and elasticity to be maintained.
(FR)Une membrane composite de nanofibres pour la régénération d'os guidée, de la présente invention, est fabriquée par filage d'une solution de filage par un procédé d'électrofilage de façon à fabriquer une nanofibre, accumulation de la nanofibre de façon à fabriquer une bande de nanofibres ayant une épaisseur prédéterminée, séchage de la bande de nanofibres, conduite d'un calandrage thermique sur celle-ci, et stérilisation de celle-ci, la solution de filage contenant un plastifiant biocompatible, de sorte qu'une augmentation de la fragilité pendant le traitement de stérilisation puisse être inhibée, de façon à permettre le maintien des propriétés physiques, de la flexibilité et de l'élasticité.
(KO)본 발명의 골유도재생술용 나노섬유 복합 멤브레인은 방사용액을 전기방사방법에 의해 방사하여 나노섬유를 제조하고, 상기 나노섬유를 축적하여 일정 두께의 나노섬유 웹을 제조한 후 상기 나노섬유 웹을 건조 및 열 캘린더링을 실시하고, 멸균하여 제조되는 것으로, 상기 방사용액에는 생체친화성 가소제를 포함하여 멸균 처리시 취성 증가를 억제할 수 있어 물성유지와 유연성 및 탄성을 유지할 수 있다.
