Abstract:
The present disclosure relates to: a semiconductor storage device enabling to suppress layout area, and improve reliability; a drive method; and an electronic apparatus. This semiconductor storage device is provided with: at least one selection transistor; a variable resistance element, wherein one end section is connected to a bit line, the other end section is connected to a drain terminal of the selection transistor, and a resistance value changes when a current at a predetermined value or more flows; and a write control unit, which is connected to a connection point between the selection transistor and the variable resistance element, and controls a current flowing to the variable resistance element when writing data in the variable resistance element. The present technology can be applied to, for instance, non-volatile memory that is provided with a storage element configured from a magnetic tunnel junction.
