Abstract:
(EN) The present invention provides a method for producing an optical member that exhibits superior abrasion resistance, antifouling properties, and adherence between a substrate and a polymer layer. The method for producing an optical member of the present invention includes a process (1) for applying a first resin onto a substrate, a process (2) for applying a second resin onto at least one of the first resin and a mold, a process (3) for pressing the substrate against the mold, with the first resin and the second resin sandwiched therebetween, to form a resin layer having an uneven structure on the surface thereof, and a process (4) for curing the resin layer to form a polymer layer. The surface of the mold is subjected to a mold release treatment using a fluorine-based mold release agent. The first resin contains a resin component. The resin component contains (meth)acrylamides and a hexa- or higher functional urethane prepolymer at prescribed ratios. The second resin contains a monomer having a reactive group, a fluorine-based surfactant, and a fluorine-containing monomer at prescribed ratios.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé de production d'un élément optique qui présente une résistance à l'abrasion, des propriétés antisalissures et une adhérence supérieures entre un substrat et une couche de polymère. Le procédé de production d'un élément optique selon la présente invention comprend un processus (1) destiné à appliquer une première résine sur un substrat, un processus (2) destiné à appliquer une seconde résine sur la première résine ou un moule, un processus (3) destiné à presser le substrat contre le moule, la première résine et la seconde résine étant prises en sandwich entre ces derniers, pour former une couche de résine ayant une structure irrégulière sur la surface de ce dernier, et un processus (4) destiné à durcir la couche de résine pour former une couche de polymère. La surface du moule est soumise à un traitement de démoulage utilisant un agent de démoulage à base de fluor. La première résine contient un composé de résine. Le composé de résine contient des (méth)acrylamides et un prépolymère d'uréthane à fonctionnalité hexa ou supérieure à des taux prescrits. La seconde résine contient un monomère ayant un groupe réactif, un tensioactif à base de fluor, et un monomère contenant du fluor à des taux prescrits.
(JA) 本発明は、基材と重合体層との間の密着性と、防汚性と、耐擦性とに優れた光学部材の製造方法を提供する。本発明の光学部材の製造方法は、第一の樹脂を基材上に塗布するプロセス(1)と、第二の樹脂を上記第一の樹脂及び金型のうちの少なくとも一方上に塗布するプロセス(2)と、上記第一の樹脂及び上記第二の樹脂を間に挟んだ状態で、上記基材を上記金型に押し当て、凹凸構造を表面に有する樹脂層を形成するプロセス(3)と、上記樹脂層を硬化させ、重合体層を形成するプロセス(4)とを含み、上記金型の表面は、フッ素系離型剤で離型処理が施されており、上記第一の樹脂は、樹脂成分を含み、上記樹脂成分は、(メタ)アクリルアミド類、及び、6官能以上のウレタンプレポリマーを所定の割合で含有し、上記第二の樹脂は、反応性基を有するモノマー、フッ素系界面活性剤、及び、フッ素含有モノマーを所定の割合で含有する。
