(EN)The present investigation relates to a conjugate comprising flagellin adjuvant covalently linked to Vi polysaccharide derived from S. typhi for vaccination against typhoid. Both flagellin adjuvant and Vi polysaccharide are from S. typhi which leads to the improved immunogenicity. The conjugate of the present invention may be used as single dose administration without the need of multiple immunizations. The present invention also discloses a nanoparticle composition comprising the conjugate of the present invention.
(FR)La présente invention concerne un conjugué comprenant un adjuvant de flagelline lié de façon covalente à un polysaccharide Vi dérivé de S typhi pour la vaccination contre la typhoïde. L'adjuvant de flagelline et le polysaccharide Vi sont tous deux de S typhi, ce qui conduit à une immunogénicité améliorée.
