Abstract:
A novel hybrid biocompatible ink for templated 3D cell printing (bioprinting) is disclosed, which comprises a poloxamer in the range of from 11 to 14 wt %, and an alginate in the range of from 5 to 7 wt %. Methods for preparing the biocompatible ink and using the biocompatible ink to form an alginate gel structure are also disclosed.
