Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to a component (1, 10, 20) for a hot dip coating system, which comes into direct contact with an immersion bath comprising liquid metal during operation of the hot dip coating system, having a metallic base body (2, 12), wherein at least one portion of a surface of the base body (2, 12) is provided with a three-layered coating (5), which comprises a corrosion-resistant bonding layer (6) arranged directly on the surface portion, a barrier layer (7) arranged on the bonding layer (6), and a ceramic surface layer (8) arranged on the barrier layer (7).
(FR) L'invention concerne une pièce (1, 10, 20) destinée à une installation de revêtement par immersion dans un bain de fusion, cette pièce venant directement en contact avec un bain d'immersion comprenant un métal liquide pendant le fonctionnement de l'installation. Ladite pièce présente un corps de base (2, 12) métallique, au moins une partie d'une surface de ce corps de base (2, 12) étant pourvue d'un revêtement à trois couches (5) qui présente une couche adhésive (6) anticorrosion disposée directement sur la partie de la surface, une couche barrière (7) disposée sur la couche adhésive (6) et une couche de recouvrement (8) céramique disposée sur la couche barrière (7).
(DE) Die Erfindung betrifft ein Bauteil (1, 10, 20) für eine Schmelztauchbeschichtungsanlage, das während eines Betriebs der Schmelztauchbeschichtungsanlage in einen direkten Kontakt mit einem Tauchbad mit flüssigem Metall kommt, aufweisend einen metallischen Grundkörper (2, 12), wobei wenigstens ein Abschnitt einer Oberfläche des Grundkörpers (2, 12) mit einer dreischichtigen Beschichtung (5) versehen ist, die eine unmittelbar an dem Oberflächenabschnitt angeordnete, korrosionsbeständige Haftschicht (6), eine an der Haftschicht (6) angeordnete Sperrschicht (7) und eine an der Sperrschicht (7) angeordnete keramische Deckschicht (8) aufweist.
