Abstract:
(EN) Disclosed are a superabsorbent thermochromic resin and a preparation method therefor. The resin comprises the following components by weight: monomer: 30-60%; initiator: 0.01-0.5%; dispersant: 0.01-4%; cross-linking agent: 0.01-5%; diluent: 0-20%; aid: 0.5-2%; thermochromic pigment: 0.1-10%; and the balance water. Compared with the prior art, the superabsorbent thermochromic resin prepared by the present invention can effectively indicate temperature variations of the water-absorbent resin in the dry state and the water absorbing state according to color variations; the process is simple, the polymerization reaction proceeds smoothly and can be completed within a short reaction time of 6-10 min, and the productivity is high; the superabsorbent thermochromic resin has desired stability and can be widely applied in medical industry and commodity industry.
(FR) La présente invention concerne une résine superabsorbante thermochromique et son procédé de préparation. La résine comprend les composants suivants en poids : monomère : 30-60 %; initiateur : 0,01-0,5 %; dispersant : 0,01-4 % ; agent de réticulation : 0,01-5 %; diluant : 0-20 % ; adjuvant : 0,5-2 % ; pigment thermochromique : 0,1-10 %; et le reste étant de l'eau. Par rapport à l'état de la technique, la résine superabsorbante thermochromique préparée par la présente invention peut efficacement indiquer les variations de température de la résine absorbant l'eau à l'état sec et l'état d'absorption d'eau en fonction des variations de couleur ; le procédé est simple, la réaction de polymérisation s'effectue en douceur et peut être réalisée en un temps de réaction court de 6 à 10 minutes, et la productivité est élevée ; la résine superabsorbante thermochromique présente une stabilité souhaitée et peut être largement appliquée dans l'industrie médicale et dans l'industrie des marchandises.
(ZH) 本发明公开了一种高吸水感温变色树脂及其制备方法,包括如下重量含量的各组分:单体30~60%,引发剂0.01~0.5%,分散剂0.01~4%,交联剂0.01~5%,稀释剂0~20%,助剂0.5-2%,感温变色颜料0.1~10%,余量为水。与现有技术相比,本发明制备的高吸水感温变色树脂能够通过颜色的变化有效地指示吸水树脂在干燥和吸水状态下的温度变化,工艺简单,聚合反应平稳,反应时间较短,6-10min完成反应,产能高;该高吸水感温变色树脂稳定性好,可广泛应用于医疗和日用品行业。
