Abstract:
(EN) Disclosed are a video transmission method, a base station, and a system, capable of scheduling air interface resources and/or adjusting a scheduling priority of a user equipment on the basis of bitrate information of video segments of a video source, thus balancing the air interface resources for the user equipment, and reducing the phenomenon of lagging. The method of embodiments of the present invention comprises: a base station acquires bitrate information of video segments of a video source; the base station schedules air interface resources and/or adjusts a scheduling priority of a user equipment on the basis of the bitrate information; and the base station transmits the video source to the user equipment on the basis of the scheduled air interface resources and/or the adjusted scheduling priority of the user equipment.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé de transmission de vidéo, une station de base et un système, capables de planifier des ressources d'interface radio et/ou d'ajuster une priorité de planification d'un équipement utilisateur en fonction d'informations de débit binaire de segments vidéo d'une source vidéo, ce qui équilibre ainsi les ressources d'interface radio pour l'équipement utilisateur, et réduit le phénomène de retard. Le procédé selon les modes de réalisation de la présente invention comprend : l'acquisition, par une station de base, d'informations de débit binaire de segments vidéo d'une source vidéo; par la station de base, la planification de ressources d'interface radio et/ou l'ajustement d'une priorité de planification d'un équipement utilisateur en fonction des informations de débit binaire; et, par la station de base, la transmission de la source vidéo à l'équipement utilisateur en fonction des ressources d'interface radio planifiées et/ou de la priorité de planification ajustée de l'équipement utilisateur.
