Abstract:
(EN) Disclosed in the present invention are a hydroxyl silicone oil and a continuous method for preparing same. The continuous method for preparing the hydroxyl silicone oil includes following steps of: 1) adding hexamethyl cyclotrisiloxane, a solvent and water into a mixing kettle, stirring and mixing them evenly, and then transferring the mixture into a fluidized bed filled with a catalyst to react sufficiently; 2) carrying out an adsorption filtration and an ultrafiltration membrane filtration, removing low molecular weight compounds at normal pressure and removing low molecular weight compounds at a reduced pressure so as to obtain the hydroxyl silicone oil, recovering the solvent and unreacted low molecular weight compounds, detecting the content of each component and then recycling them. The method of the present invention has high efficiency and low energy consumption, being free of pollutant emission, being clean and environmentally friendly, and having low production cost. The solvent used in the reaction and the unreacted low molecular weight compounds can be entered into a reaction system to be recycled after the content of each component is detected, such that the method is free of pollutant emission, being green and environmentally friendly. The hydroxyl silicone oil of the present invention has low viscosity, high product purity, low content of rings, low content of impurities and high storage stability.
(FR) La présente invention concerne une huile d’hydroxyl silicone et un procédé continu destiné à préparer ladite huile d’hydroxyl silicone. Le procédé continu de préparation d’huile d’hydroxyl silicone comprend les étapes suivantes : 1) l'addition d’hexaméthyl cyclotrisiloxane, d’un solvant et d’eau dans une cuve de mélange, leur agitation et leur mélange de manière uniforme, et ensuite le transfert du mélange dans un lit fluidisé rempli d’un catalyseur en vue de réagir de manière suffisante ; 2) la conduite d’une filtration d’adsorption et d’une filtration sur membrane d’ultrafiltration, l'élimination des composés de bas poids moléculaire sous pression normale et le retrait des composés de bas poids moléculaire sous une pression réduite de façon à obtenir l’huile d’hydroxyl silicone, la récupération du solvant et des composés de bas poids moléculaire n’ayant pas réagi, la détection des contenus de chaque composant et ensuite leur recyclage. Le procédé de la présente invention présente une efficacité élevée et une faible consommation d’énergie, étant exempt d’émission de polluant, étant propre et sans danger pour l’environnement, et présentant un faible coût de production. Le solvant utilisé dans la réaction et les composés de bas poids moléculaire n’ayant pas réagi peuvent entrer dans un système réactionnel à recycler après que la teneur de chaque composant est détectée, de sorte que le procédé est exempt d’émission de polluant, étant écologique et respectueux de l’environnement. L’huile d’hydroxyl silicone de la présente invention présente une faible viscosité, une pureté élevée du produit, une faible teneur en cycles, une faible teneur en impuretés et une stabilité élevée au stockage.
(ZH) 本发明公开了一种羟基硅油及其连续化制备方法,该羟基硅油的连续化制备方法包括以下步骤:1)将六甲基环三硅氧烷、溶剂和水加入混合釜,搅拌混合均匀,再转入装有催化剂的硫化床中充分反应;2)吸附过滤,超滤膜过滤,常压脱低,减压脱低,得到羟基硅油,回收溶剂和未反应的低分子化合物,检验各组分含量后循环再利用。本发明的方法效率高,能耗低,无污染物排放,清洁环保,生产成本低,反应所使用的溶剂和未反应的低分子化合物在检测各组分含量后可进入反应系统循环使用,无污染物排放,绿色环保。本发明的羟基硅油粘度低,产品纯度高,环体含量低,杂质离子含量少,储存稳定性好。
