Abstract:
(EN) Disclosed is a bionic anti-dislocation artificial lumbar vertebral body and intervertebral disc junction complex, comprising a vertebral body component, intervertebral disc components and screws (27).The vertebral body component is composed of an elliptic cylinder (1) having deep grooves (2) on upper and lower surfaces. The intervertebral disc component comprises an arc L-shaped plate (3) and a composite material pad (4).The arc L-shaped plate (3) is composed of a bottom plate (18), an arc side plate (10) and a cylindrical projection (7), the terminal of the cylindrical projection (7) is of a half-sphere like shell (9) structure with two arc projections (8).The composite material pad (4) is connected to the deep grooves (2) of the elliptic cylinder. The half-sphere like shell (9) structure matches a big half-sphere body (15) within the composite material pad (4) so as to form an anti-dislocation cup-and-ball joint. The bionic artificial lumbar vertebral body and intervertebral disc junction complex can not only replace a vertebral body and an adjacent intervertebral disc removed in a lumbar surgery, but can also maintain the rotation, bending and stretching, and certain buffering functions. In addition, the entire structure is provided with an anti-dislocation device, which not only ensures the post-operative stability, but also maintains the lumbar activity, and is closer to the physiological state of the human body in bionics.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un corps vertébral lombaire artificiel anti-luxation bionique et un complexe de jonction de disque intervertébral, comprenant un composant de corps vertébral, des composants de disque intervertébral et des vis (27). Le composant de corps vertébral est composé d'un cylindre elliptique (1) présentant des rainures profondes (2) sur des surfaces supérieure et inférieure. Le composant de disque intervertébral comprend une plaque en forme de L en arc (3) et un tampon en matériau composite (4). La plaque en forme de L en arc (3) est composée d'une plaque inférieure (18), d'une plaque latérale en arc (10) et d'une saillie cylindrique (7), l’extrémité de la saillie cylindrique (7) est constituée d'une structure en coquille de type demi-sphère (9) avec deux saillies en arc (8). Le tampon en matériau composite (4) est relié aux rainures profondes (2) du cylindre elliptique. La structure de coque en forme de demi-sphère (9) correspond à un grand corps de demi-sphère (15) à l'intérieur du tampon en matériau composite (4) de manière à former une rotule anti-luxation. Le corps vertébral lombaire artificiel bionique et le complexe de jonction de disque intervertébral peuvent non seulement remplacer un corps vertébral et un disque intervertébral adjacent retirés en chirurgie lombaire, mais peuvent également maintenir la rotation, la flexion et l'étirement, et certaines fonctions d’amortissement. En outre, la totalité de la structure est pourvue d'un dispositif anti-luxation qui non seulement assure la stabilité post-opératoire, mais maintient également l'activité lombaire, et est plus proche de l'état physiologique du corps humain en termes de bionique.
(ZH) 一种仿生防脱位人工腰椎及椎间盘连接复合体,包括椎体部件、椎间盘部件及螺钉(27)。椎体部件由上下两面带有深凹槽(2)的椭圆柱体(1)构成,椎间盘部件包括弧形L板(3)和复合材料垫(4),弧形L板(3)由底板(18)、弧形侧板(10)与圆柱状突起(7)构成,圆柱状突起(7)末端为带有两个弧形突起(8)的近半球壳(9)结构,复合材料垫(4)与椭圆柱体深凹槽(2)相连接,近半球壳(9)结构与复合材料垫(4)内的大半球体(15)结构相配合构成防脱球窝关节。该仿生防脱位人工腰椎及椎间盘连接复合体不但可以替代腰椎手术中取掉的椎体及邻近的椎间盘,而且保留了椎间盘的旋转、屈伸及一定的缓冲功能,并且整个结构设有防脱装置,既保证了术后的稳定性,又保留了腰椎的活动性,在仿生学上更接近人体生理状态。
