Title: SELF-ADAPTIVE BOILING-TYPE FOAM DESULFURIZATION AND DUST-REMOVING APPARATUS
Abstract:
A self-adaptive boiling-type foam desulfurization and dust-removing apparatus comprising a mass transfer component (1) used for transferring the mass of a fluid in a desulfurization absorption tower (4). The mass transfer component (1) is a plate-shaped structure. The mass transfer component (1) comprises at least three partitions (a first partition 21, a second partition 22, and a third partition 23) arranged in parallel in the vertical direction. At least two sets of pores (pore I 31 and pore II 32) are arranged in parallel in the vertical direction on each partition (the first partition 21, the second partition 22, and the third partition 23). Each set of pores (pore I 31 and pore II 32) consist of pores (pore I 31 and pore II 32) of different pore diameters. The pores (pore I 31 and pore II 32) of the two different pore diameters of each set of pores (pore I 31 and pore II 32) are separated by a gap in the transverse direction. The cross sections of the pores (pore I 31 and pore II 32) are trapezoids.
