Abstract:
(EN) An embedded touch screen and a preparation method therefor, and a liquid crystal display including the embedded touch screen. The embedded touch screen comprises an array substrate (30). The array substrate (30) comprises: a glass substrate (11), a thin film transistor (12) provided on the glass substrate (11) in arrays, a planarization layer (13) covering the thin film transistor (12), a connecting wire (14) formed on the planarization layer (13), a first insulating layer (15) covering the connecting wire (14), a touch control induction electrode (16) formed on the first insulating layer (15), a second insulating layer (17) covering the touch control induction electrode (16) and a pixel electrode (18) formed on the second insulating layer (17). The connecting wire (14) is electrically connected to the touch control induction electrode (16) through a first via hole (19) arranged in the first insulating layer (15), and the pixel electrode (18) is electrically connected to the thin film transistor (12) through a second via hole (20) arranged in the second insulating layer (17), the first insulating layer (15) and the planarization layer (13). The touch control induction electrode (16) is also configured as a common electrode, and within a display time of a frame picture, the touch control induction electrode (16) is used for transferring a common voltage and a touch control signal in a time-sharing form.
(FR) L'invention concerne un écran tactile intégré et son procédé de préparation, et un dispositif d'affichage à cristaux liquides comprenant l'écran tactile intégré. L'écran tactile intégré comprend un substrat de réseau (30). Le substrat de réseau (30) comprend : un substrat de verre (11), un transistor à film mince (12) disposé sur le substrat de verre (11) dans des réseaux, une couche de planarisation (13) recouvrant le transistor à film mince (12), un fil de connexion (14) formé sur la couche de planarisation (13), une première couche isolante (15) recouvrant le fil de connexion (14), une électrode d'induction de commande tactile (16) formée sur la première couche isolante (15), une seconde couche isolante (17) recouvrant l'électrode d'induction de commande tactile (16) et une électrode de pixel (18) formée sur la seconde couche isolante (17). Le fil de connexion (14) est connecté électriquement à l'électrode d'induction de commande tactile (16) par l'intermédiaire d'un premier trou d'interconnexion (19) agencé dans la première couche isolante (15), et l'électrode de pixel (18) est électriquement connectée au transistor à film mince (12) par l'intermédiaire d'un second trou d'interconnexion (20) agencé dans la seconde couche isolante (17), la première couche isolante (15) et la couche de planarisation (13). L'électrode d'induction de commande tactile (16) est également configurée en tant qu'électrode commune, et dans un temps d'affichage d'une image de cadre, l'électrode d'induction à commande tactile (16) est utilisée pour transférer une tension commune et un signal de commande tactile dans une forme de partage de temps.
