Abstract:
(EN) A method of manufacturing flavorant particles includes melting a food grade wax and a flavorant into a molten wax; solidifying the molten wax; and grinding the solidified molten wax into a plurality of flavorant particles. Another method of manufacturing flavorant particles includes melting a food grade wax and a flavorant into a molten wax, the molten wax having a melting temperature between about 50 C to about 70 C; and spray-chilling the molten wax into at least one solid flavorant particle, the solid flavorant particle having a diameter of between about 0.1 mm to about 2.0 mm.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication de particules d'arôme comprenant la fusion d'une cire de qualité alimentaire et d'un arôme en une cire fondue ; la solidification de la cire fondue ; et le broyage de la cire fondue solidifiée en une pluralité de particules d'arôme. Un autre procédé de fabrication de particules d'arôme consiste à faire fondre une cire de qualité alimentaire et un arôme en une cire fondue, la cire fondue ayant une température de fusion entre environ 50 °C et environ 70°C ; et à faire refroidir par pulvérisation la cire fondue en au moins une particule d'arôme solide, la particule d'arôme solide ayant un diamètre compris entre environ 0,1 mm et environ 2,0 mm.
