Abstract:
(EN) A method for forming a surface enhanced Raman spectroscopy (SERS) sensing apparatus may include providing a body having an internal microfluidic passage, the microfluidic passage having an interior surrounded by an interior surface, depositing a conformal inorganic passivation film onto the interior surface so as to continuously surround the interior by atomic layer deposition and positioning a SERS sensor in connection with the microfluidic passage after the depositing of the conformal inorganic film.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé de formation d'un appareil de détection de spectroscopie Raman amplifiée en surface (SERS) peut comprendre la fourniture d’un corps comportant un passage microfluidique interne, le passage microfluidique ayant un intérieur entouré par une surface intérieure, le dépôt d'un film de passivation inorganique conforme sur la surface intérieure de façon à entourer en continu l'intérieur par dépôt de couche atomique et positionnement d'un capteur SERS en connexion avec le passage microfluidique après le dépôt du film inorganique conforme.
