(EN)The present invention provides a group of molecular biomarkers, comprising the genes SLC35 D3, POSTN, KLK6 and MUC2, for use in objective and quantitative methods for the classification, prediction of prognosis and for guiding treatment decisions of a subject with colorectal cancer. More specifically the present invention provides methods for determining the metastatic potential and/or tumor aggressiveness of a colorectal cancer in a subject, comprising determining the gene expression levels of genes SLC35D3, POSTN, KLK6 and/or MUC2 in a regional lymph node, a primary intestinal tumor, blood, or faeces sample obtained from the subject.
(FR)La présente invention concerne un groupe de biomarqueurs moléculaires, comprenant les gènes SLC35 D3, POSTN, KLK6 et MUC2, pour utilisation dans des procédés objectifs et quantitatifs pour la classification, la prédiction de pronostic et l’aide aux décisions de traitement d'un sujet souffrant d'un cancer colorectal. Plus spécifiquement, la présente invention concerne des procédés de détermination du potentiel métastatique et/ou de l'agressivité tumorale d'un cancer colorectal chez un sujet, comprenant la détermination des taux d'expression génique des gènes SLC35D3, POSTN, KLK6 et/ou MUC2 dans un échantillon de ganglion lymphatique régional, d’une tumeur intestinale primitive, de sang ou de fèces obtenu à partir du sujet.
