Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a system and a method for inkjet laminated printing capable of exhibiting a 3D effect. The system for inkjet laminated printing capable of exhibiting a 3D effect comprises: a separation data generating part for generating separation data by performing image ripping with regard to an input image file; and an image output part configured such that, upon receiving a 3D laminated printing command that instructs all of a plurality of heads to discharge ink, all of the plurality of heads discharge ink and generate an output material that provides a 3D effect that forms a stereoscopic perception, wherein the image output part comprises: a printer controller for reading image separation data, setting a channel for each laminated layer, setting a 3D effect for a layer that requires a 3D effect, generating a 3D laminated printing command with regard to a layer for which a 3D effect has been set, and transferring the same to a printing device; and a printing device configured such that, upon receiving a 3D laminated printing command, all of the plurality of heads discharge ink and perform laminated printing. According to the present invention, the rate of lamination can be increased, and 3D and stereoscopic output materials can not only expand visible effects but can also stimulate the tactile sense. In addition, when conductive ink is used to output a conductive pattern, a product with a desired conductivity can be obtained by varying the thickness of the paint film and thereby adjusting the lamination thickness.
(FR) L'invention concerne un système et un procédé d'impression stratifiée à jet d'encre capable de présenter un effet 3D. Ce système d'impression stratifiée à jet d'encre capable de présenter un effet 3D comprend : une partie de génération de données de séparation permettant de générer des données de séparation en effectuant une découpe d'image par rapport à un fichier image d'entrée ; et une partie de génération d'image configurée de façon à ce que, lors de la réception d'une commande d'impression stratifiée 3D qui demande à chaque tête d'une pluralité de têtes de décharger de l'encre, chaque tête de la pluralité de têtes décharge de l’encre et génère un matériau de sortie qui fournit un effet 3D formant une perception stéréoscopique, la partie de génération d'image comprenant : un contrôleur d'imprimante permettant de lire des données de séparation d'image, de définir un canal pour chaque couche stratifiée, de définir un effet 3D pour une couche qui requiert un effet 3D, de générer une commande d'impression stratifiée 3D par rapport à une couche pour laquelle un effet 3D a été défini, et de transférer celle-ci à un dispositif d'impression ; et un dispositif d'impression configuré de façon à ce que, lors de la réception d'une commande d'impression stratifiée 3D, chaque tête de la pluralité de têtes décharge de l’encre et effectue une impression stratifiée. Selon l’invention, la vitesse de stratification peut être augmentée et des matériaux de sortie 3D et stéréoscopiques peuvent non seulement étendre les effets visibles mais également stimuler la sensation tactile. De plus, lorsqu'une encre conductrice est utilisée pour générer un motif conducteur, un produit ayant une conductivité souhaitée peut être obtenu en faisant varier l'épaisseur du film de peinture et en ajustant l'épaisseur de stratification.
(KO) 본 발명은 3D 효과를 낼 수 있는 잉크젯 적층인쇄 시스템 및 방법에 관한 것으로, 그 3D 효과를 낼 수 있는 잉크젯 적층인쇄 시스템은, 입력 이미지 파일에 대해 이미지 리핑(Ripping)을 수행하여 분판데이터를 생성하는 분판데이터 생성부; 및 복수의 헤드 전체가 잉크를 토출하게 하는 3D적층인쇄명령을 받으면 복수의 헤드 전체가 잉크를 토출하여 입체감을 형성하는 3D효과(3D effect)를 제공하는 출력물을 생성하는 이미지 출력부를 포함하고, 그 이미지 출력부는 이미지의 분판 데이터를 읽어 들여 적층되는 층(Layer) 마다 채널을 설정하되, 3D 효과가 필요한 층에는 3D 효과를 설정하고, 3D 효과로 설정된 층에 대해서는 3D적층인쇄명령을 생성하여 인쇄 장치에 전달하는 프린터 제어부; 및 3D적층인쇄명령을 받으면 복수의 헤드 전체가 잉크를 토출하게 하여 적층인쇄하는 인쇄장치를 구비한다. 본 발명에 의하면, 적층 속도를 높일 수 있으며, 3D 및 입체 출력물을 통해 가시적인 효과를 확대할 뿐만 아니라 촉각까지 자극할 수 있다. 또한 전도성 잉크로 전도성 패턴을 출력하는 경우 도막 두께를 달리하여 적층두께를 조절하여 원하는 도전율의 제품을 얻을 수 있다.
