Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a technique for manufacturing a self-humidifying membrane including a hydrophobic thin film-coating layer having a nano-sized crack morphology pattern on the surface of an aromatic hydrocarbon-based polymer ion exchange membrane and applying the membrane to a reverse electrodialysis process. The self-humidifying membrane including a hydrophobic thin film-coating layer having a nano-sized crack morphology pattern on the surface of an aromatic hydrocarbon-based polymer ion exchange membrane, manufactured according to the present invention, embodies a low bulk resistance of the ion exchange membrane and significantly improves ion selectivity, thereby overcoming the trade-off relationship between membrane resistance and ion selectivity, and thus may be commercially available as an anion and cation exchange membrane of a reverse electrodialysis device.
(FR) La présente invention concerne une technique de fabrication d'une membrane autohumidifiante comprenant une couche de revêtement en film mince hydrophobe pourvue d'un motif de morphologie de fissure de taille nanométrique sur la surface d'une membrane d'échange d'ions en polymère à base d'hydrocarbures aromatiques et l'application de la membrane à un procédé d'électrodialyse inverse. La membrane autohumidifiante comprenant une couche de revêtement en film mince hydrophobe présentant un motif de morphologie de fissure de taille nanométrique sur la surface d'une membrane échangeuse d'ions en polymère à base d'hydrocarbures aromatiques, fabriquée selon la présente invention, présente une faible résistance en masse de la membrane échangeuse d'ions et améliore significativement la sélectivité ionique, surmontant ainsi la relation de compromis entre la résistance de la membrane et la sélectivité ionique, et peut donc être disponible dans le commerce en tant que membrane échangeuse d'anions et de cations d'un dispositif d'électrodialyse inverse.
(KO) 본 발명은 방향족 탄화수소계 고분자 이온교환막의 표면에 나노-크랙의 모폴로지 패턴을 갖는 소수성 박막 코팅층을 포함하는 자기-가습성 막을 제조하여 역 전기투석 공정에 응용하는 기술에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따라 제조된, 방향족 탄화수소계 고분자 이온교환막의 표면에 나노-크랙의 모폴로지 패턴을 갖는 소수성 박막 코팅층을 포함하는 자기-가습성 막은 이온교환막의 낮은 벌크 저항을 구현하면서 이온 선택도가 현저하게 향상됨으로써, 막 저항과 이온 선택도의 트레이드-오프 관계를 극복할 수 있어, 역 전기투석 장치의 음이온 및 양이온 교환막으로 상용화 가능하다.
