(EN) The present invention relates to a system and a method which can perform frequency analysis and voice recognition in real time without passing through a frequency decomposition process for a voice, and thus, compared with the prior art requiring a frequency decomposition process, can recognize a consonant in a short time and improve recognition performance.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un système et un procédé qui peuvent réaliser une analyse de fréquence et une reconnaissance vocale en temps réel sans passer par un processus de décomposition de fréquence pour une voix, et ainsi, en comparaison de l'état de la technique qui nécessite un processus de décomposition de fréquence, peuvent reconnaître une consonne en un court laps de temps et améliorer les performances de reconnaissance.
