(EN)A sandwich-type graphene composite structure formed of carbon-coated silicon nanoparticles and graphene, and a method for manufacturing the same are provided. The sandwich-type graphene composite structure is formed of a carbon-coated silicon graphene through an environmentally friendly filtration process. The formed sandwich-type graphene composite structure relieves the volume expansion of the silicon. In addition, the carbon coated on the silicon surface improves electrical conductivity and may be used as a high-capacity anode material.
(FR)Cette invention concerne une structure composite de graphène de type sandwich faite de nanoparticules de silicium revêtues de carbone et de graphène, et son procédé de fabrication. La structure composite de graphène de type sandwich est faite d'un graphène de silicium revêtu de carbone par un procédé de filtration écologique. La structure composite de graphène de type sandwich ainsi formée soulage la dilatation volumique du silicium. En outre, le carbone déposé sur la surface du silicium améliore la conductivité électrique et peut être utilisé comme matériau d'anode à haute capacité.
(KO)탄소가 코팅된 실리콘 나노입자 및 그래핀으로 형성된 샌드위치형 그래핀 복합구조체와 그 제조방법이 제공된다. 친환경적인 여과공정을 통하여 탄소가 코팅된 실리콘 그래핀을 샌드위치형 그래핀 복합구조체로 형성한다. 형성된 샌드위치형 그래핀 복합구조체는 실리콘의 부피팽창을 완화한다. 또한, 실리콘 표면에 코팅된 탄소에 의해 전기전도성을 향상시켜 고용량의 음극재로 사용될 수 있다.
