(EN) The present invention relates to an electricity generation device using an organic Rankine cycle and, more particularly, to a technology related to an electricity generation device using an organic Rankine cycle wherein a working fluid is made to bypass and circulate such that at least a sufficient temperature and a sufficient pressure are reached in an organic Rankine cycle, and a working fluid having an appropriate temperature and an appropriate pressure is supplied to a turbine such that the electricity generation efficiency can be improved. The present invention is characterized by comprising: a main line having a pipe installed to connect a heater, a turbine, a condenser, and a transfer pump in a circulating manner such that a working fluid circulates/flows; a bypass line having a bypass pipe installed between the heater and the condenser in the main line such that the working fluid circulates/flows to the heater, the condenser, and the transfer pump; valves installed in the main line and in the bypass pipe, respectively, such that the working fluid flows to the main line or to the bypass line; sensors installed in the pipe of the main line between the heater and the turbine, between the turbine and the condenser, and between the condenser and the transfer pump, respectively, such that pressure and temperature can be measured; and a controller configured to receive signals from the sensors and installed in the pipe near the exit of the heater so as to receive values of measured temperature and pressure of the working fluid, to compare the same with preset temperature and pressure values, and to control opening/closing of the valves such that the working fluid flows to the main line or to the bypass line.
