(EN)Provided is a novel method of manufacturing a cell-nanoscale thin film composite in which the cell-nanoscale thin film composite can be peeled from a substrate at a controlled timing. The method of manufacturing a cell-nanoscale thin film composite includes culturing cells on a cell culture substrate comprising a nanoscale thin film provided to an electrode substrate with a self-assembled monolayer therebetween, and applying an electrical potential to the electrode substrate at a desired timing so that the self-assembled monolayer undergoes reductive desorption from the electrode substrate, thereby releasing the cell-nanoscale thin film composite.
(FR)L'invention porte sur un nouveau procédé de fabrication d'un composite cellules-film mince nanométrique, dans lequel le composite cellules-film mince nanométrique peut être éliminé par pelage d'un substrat à un timing régulé. Le procédé de fabrication d'un composite cellules-film mince nanométrique consiste à cultiver des cellules sur un substrat de culture cellulaire comprenant un film mince nanométrique disposé sur un substrat d'électrode, une monocouche auto-assemblée étant située entre ceux-ci, et à appliquer un potentiel électrique au substrat d'électrode à un timing souhaité de telle sorte que la monocouche auto-assemblée subit une désorption réductrice du substrat d'électrode, libérant ainsi le composite cellules-film mince nanométrique.
