Abstract:
(EN) The present invention further improves the reliability of a spacer in comparison to conventional ones. A light control film 10 which is obtained by sandwiching a liquid crystal layer 14 between first and second laminates 13, 12 that are provided with at least alignment layers 23A, 23B, and which controls light transmitted therethrough by controlling the alignment of liquid crystal molecules 14A in the liquid crystal layer 14 by driving electrodes 22B, 22A that are provided on the first and second laminates 13, 12. With respect to the first laminate 13, a base 21B that is formed of a transparent film material is provided with a spacer 24 that maintains the thickness of the liquid crystal layer 14. With respect to the first and second laminates 13, 12, the Vickers hardness Xs of the spacer 24 is from 16.9 to 40.2 (inclusive), and the Vickers hardness Xf of a part of the second laminate 12, said part being in contact with the front end of the spacer 24, is from 11.8 to 35.9 (inclusive).
(FR) La présente invention améliore en outre la fiabilité d'un élément d’espacement par rapport aux éléments conventionnels. L’invention concerne un film de régulation de lumière 10 qui est obtenu en intercalant une couche de cristaux liquides 14 entre des premier et deuxième stratifiés 13, 12 qui sont pourvus d'au moins des couches d'alignement 23A, 23B, et qui régule la lumière transmise à travers ceux-ci en commandant l'alignement des molécules de cristaux liquides 14A dans la couche de cristaux liquides 14 par excitation d’électrodes 22B, 22A qui sont disposées sur les premier et deuxième stratifiés 13, 12. En ce qui concerne le premier stratifié 13, une base 21B qui est formée d'un matériau de film transparent est pourvue d'un élément d’espacement 24 qui maintient l'épaisseur de la couche de cristaux liquides 14. En ce qui concerne les premier et deuxième stratifiés 13, 12, la dureté Vickers Xs de l'élément d’espacement 24 est de 16,9 à 40,2 (inclus), et la dureté Vickers Xf d'une partie du deuxième stratifié 12, ladite partie étant en contact avec l'extrémité avant de l'élément d’espacement 24, est de 11,8 à 35,9 (inclus).
