(EN)This surface-treated aluminum material (10) is provided with: a base (1) that is formed of an Al-Mg system alloy or an Al-Mg-Si system alloy; and a coating film (2) that is formed on the surface of the base 1 and contains Si and C. The coating amount of the coating film (2) is 0.8-18 mg/m2 in terms of Si; and if [C] is the element concentration of C contained in the surface of the coating film (2) and [Si] is the element concentration of Si contained in the surface of the coating film (2), the concentration ratio [C]/[Si] is 4.0 or less.
