Abstract:
(EN) A method for producing a lipid, said method comprising culturing a transformant, in which the expression of a gene encoding one of proteins (A) to (F) is promoted, and thus allowing the transformant to produce a fatty acid or a lipid comprising the same as a constituent. (A) A protein which comprises the amino acid sequence represented by SEQ ID NO:2. (B) A protein which comprises an amino acid sequence having 89% or more sequence identity with the amino acid sequence of the aforesaid protein (A) and has an acyl CoA synthetase activity. (C) A protein which comprises the amino acid sequence represented by SEQ ID NO:4. (D) A protein which comprises an amino acid sequence having 49% or more sequence identity with the amino acid sequence of the aforesaid protein (C) and has an acyl CoA synthetase activity. (E) A protein which comprises the amino acid sequence represented by SEQ ID NO:6. (F) A protein which comprises an amino acid sequence having 85% or more sequence identity with the amino acid sequence of the aforesaid protein (E) and has an acyl CoA synthetase activity.
(FR) L'invention porte sur un procédé de production d'un lipide, ledit procédé comprenant la culture d'un transformant, dans lequel l'expression d'un gène codant pour l'une des protéines (A) à (F) est stimulée, ce qui permet au transformant de produire un acide gras ou un lipide comprenant celui-ci en tant que constituant. (A) Une protéine qui comprend la séquence d'acides aminés représentée par SEQ ID NO:2. (B) Une protéine qui comprend une séquence d'acides aminés ayant 89 % ou plus d'identité de séquence avec la séquence d'acides aminés de la protéine (A) susmentionnée et a une activité acyl-CoA synthétase. (C) Une protéine qui comprend la séquence d'acides aminés représentée par SEQ ID NO:4.
