L'objectif de la présente invention est de détecter le déplacement d'un train dans un état hors tension sans effectuer une communication constante, et un dispositif embarqué 20 est disposé dans un train pour maintenir, même dans un état hors tension du véhicule, des informations de position de train stockées dans un état sous tension de véhicule, le dispositif embarqué 20 comprenant une batterie 25 qui permet de fournir de l'électricité dans un état hors tension de véhicule, un frein de stationnement 12 qui immobilise les roues pendant l'arrêt, et une vanne électromagnétique pour la commande de frein de stationnement 14 qui met en œuvre une conduction électrique par l'alimentation fournie depuis la batterie 25 lorsque le frein de stationnement 12 se desserre, le dispositif embarqué comprenant en outre un circuit de détection de jeu de frein de stationnement 40 comportant un détecteur de conduction électrique de vanne électromagnétique pour la commande de frein de stationnement 15 qui détecte la conduction électrique de la vanne électromagnétique pour la commande de frein de stationnement 14 dans un état hors tension de véhicule et un stockage de détection de conduction électrique de vanne électromagnétique pour la commande de frein de stationnement 16 qui stocke un résultat de détection jusqu'à ce que le contenu stocké soit réinitialisé.
