Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a method for preparing a stable extended release suspension composition comprising multiple coated cores of an active ingredient by using a suspension base, wherein the suspension base ensures substantially similar in-vitro dissolution release profile of the active ingredient upon storage of the suspension compositions for at least seven days.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé de préparation d'une composition de suspension stable à libération prolongée comprenant de multiples noyaux enrobés d'un principe actif à l'aide d'une base de suspension, la base de suspension assurant un profil de libération par dissolution in-vitro sensiblement similaire de l'ingrédient actif lors du stockage des compositions de suspension pendant au moins sept jours.
