Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to novel modified polyisocyanurate plastics, obtainable by means of catalytic trimerization of a composition (A), wherein the composition (A) contains oligomeric, modified polyisocyanates (B), which represent a reaction product from an oligomeric polyisocyanate (B1) and at least one functionalization reagent (B2) which is reactive to isocyanate groups, wherein the composition (A) comprises a content of monomeric diisocyanates of 20 wt% at maximum and wherein the at least one functionalization reagent (B2) which is reactive to isocyanate groups has at least one relative functional group which is reactive to isocyanate groups and which is not an isocyanate group. The invention further relates to the method by which the polyisocyanurate plastics according to the invention are obtainable, to the use of the polyisocyanurate plastics according to the invention for producing coatings, films, semi-finished products, composite materials and molded parts, and substrates coated by such a coating.
(FR) La présente invention concerne de nouvelles matières plastiques à base de polyisocyanurate modifié, pouvant être obtenues par trimérisation catalytique d'une composition (A), la composition (A) contenant des polyisocyanates oligomères modifiés (B) qui représentent un produit réactionnel d'un polyisocyanate oligomère (B1) et d'au moins un réactif de fonctionnalisation (B2) réagissant avec des groupes isocyanate, la composition (A) présentant une teneur en diisocyanates monomères d'au plus 20 % en poids et le réactif de fonctionnalisation (B2) réagissant avec des groupes isocyanate présentant au moins un groupe fonctionnel réagissant avec des groupes isocyanate et qui n'est pas un groupe isocyanate. L'invention concerne en outre le procédé à partir duquel les matières plastiques à base de polyisocyanurate selon l'invention peuvent être obtenues, l'utilisation des matières plastiques à base de polyisocyanurate pour fabriquer des revêtements, des films, des produits semi-finis, des composites et des pièces moulées ainsi que des substrats recouverts avec ce type de revêtement.
(DE) Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft neue modifizierte Polyisocyanuratkunststoffe, erhältlich durch katalytische Trimerisierung einer Zusammensetzung (A), wobei die Zusammensetzung (A) oligomere, modifizierte Polyisocyanate (B) enthält, die ein Reaktionsprodukt aus einem oligomeren Polyisocyanat (B1) und mindestens einem gegenüber Isocyanatgruppen reaktiven Funktionalisierungsreagenz (B2) darstellen, wobei die Zusammensetzung (A) einen Gehalt an monomeren Diisocyanaten von höchstens 20 Gew.-% aufweist und wobei das mindestens eine gegenüber Isocyanatgruppen reaktive Funktionalisierungsreagenz (B2) mindestens eine gegenüber Isocyanatgruppen reaktive funktionelle Gruppe aufweist, die keine Isocyanatgruppe ist. Die Erfindung betrifft ferner das Verfahren aus dem die erfindungsgemäßen Polyisocyanuratkunststoffe erhältlich sind, die Verwendung der erfindungsgemäßen Polyisocyanuratkunststoffe zur Herstellung von Beschichtungen, Folien, Halbzeugen, Verbundmaterialien und Formteilen sowie mit einer solchen Beschichtung beschichtete Substrate.
