An electric motor controller and an ECM electric motor applying same. The electric motor controller (2) comprises a microprocessor, an inverter circuit, a gear detection circuit and a power supply section, wherein an output end of the power supply section supplies power to various parts of a circuit, and a PWM signal is input into the microprocessor via a PWM signal input line (P0) and an isolation circuit, characterized in that: a signal identification unit is arranged in the microprocessor, wherein one electric motor gear signal can also enter a signal identification unit in the microprocessor via the PWM signal input line (P0) and the isolation circuit, and the signal identification unit distinguishes whether an input signal of the PWM signal input line (P0) is a PWM signal or an electric motor gear signal (S5). By means of the present invention, the resources in a microprocessor can be fully utilized, the number of I/O ports occupied by a gear input line is reduced, the structure is simplified, and the costs are reduced.

L'invention concerne un dispositif de commande de moteur électrique et un moteur électrique ECM utilisant ce dernier. Le dispositif de commande de moteur électrique (2) comprend un microprocesseur, un circuit inverseur, un circuit de détection d'engrenage et une section d'alimentation, une extrémité de sortie de la section d'alimentation alimentant en énergie diverses parties d'un circuit, et un signal PWM étant entré dans le microprocesseur par l'intermédiaire d'une ligne d'entrée de signal PWM (P0) et d'un circuit d'isolation, caractérisé en ce que : une unité d'identification de signal est agencée dans le microprocesseur, un signal d'engrenage de moteur électrique pouvant également entrer dans une unité d'identification de signal dans le microprocesseur par l'intermédiaire de la ligne d'entrée de signal PWM (P0) et du circuit d'isolation, et l'unité d'identification de signal distingue si un signal d'entrée de la ligne d'entrée de signal PWM (P0) est un signal PWM ou un signal d'engrenage de moteur électrique (S5). Grâce à la présente invention, les ressources d'un microprocesseur peuvent être pleinement utilisées, le nombre de ports E/S occupés par une ligne d'entrée d'engrenage est réduit, la structure est simplifiée et les coûts sont réduits.

一种电机控制器及应用其的ECM电机,电机控制器(2)包括微处理器、逆变电路、档位检测电路和电源部分,电源部分的输出端为各部分电路供电,PWM信号通过PWM信号输入线(P0)通过隔离电路输入到微处理器里面,其特征在于:微处理器里面设置信号识别单元,其中一路电机档位信号还可以通过PWM信号输入线(P0)、隔离电路进入到微处理器里的信号识别单元,信号识别单元区分出PWM信号输入线(P0)的输入信号是PWM信号还是电机档位信号(S5);它充分利用微处理器里面的资源,减少档位输入线占用的I/O端口数量,简化结构,降低成本。
