Abstract:
(EN) A method for aligning liquid crystal display panel, the method comprising: performing up-down exposure alignment along a long side of a pixel on a first substrate (10) side, the width of exposure being an integral multiple of the width of the pixel; and performing left-right exposure alignment along a short side of the pixel on a second substrate (20), the width of the exposure being an integral multiple of 1/2 of the width of the pixel. The shape of a dark fringe is changed by adjusting the width of optical alignment exposure, so as to improve light transmittance. Compared to existing optical alignment modes, light transmittance can be increased by at least 16.5%.
(FR) La présente invention se rapporte à un procédé qui permet d'aligner un panneau d'affichage à cristaux liquides, le procédé consistant : à effectuer un alignement d'exposition haut-bas le long d'un côté long d'un pixel sur un côté de premier substrat (10), la largeur de l'exposition étant un multiple entier de la largeur du pixel ; et à effectuer un alignement d'exposition gauche-droite le long d'un côté court du pixel sur un second substrat (20), la largeur de l'exposition étant un multiple entier de la moitié de la largeur du pixel. La forme d'une frange sombre est modifiée par ajustement de la largeur de l'exposition à alignement optique, de façon à accroître la transmittance. Par rapport aux modes d'alignement optique existants, la transmittance peut augmenter d'au moins 16,5 %.
(ZH) 液晶显示面板的配向方法,于第一基板(10)侧,沿着像素的长边进行上下曝光配向,曝光的宽度为像素宽度的整数倍;并于第二基板(20)侧,沿着像素的短边进行左右曝光配向,曝光的宽度为像素长度的1/2的整数倍。通过调整光配向曝光的宽度来改变暗纹的形状,从而提高光穿透率。相比于现有的光配向模式,穿透率至少可以提高16.5%。
