Abstract:
(EN) A liquid crystal material, liquid crystal display panel manufacturing method, and liquid crystal display panel. The liquid crystal material comprises liquid crystal molecules (31), a polymerizable monomer (33), and a vertical alignment agent (32). When illuminated with ultraviolet light, the polymerizable monomer (33) and the vertical alignment agent (32) polymerize to form a polymer. The polymer is then deposited on a substrate (1, 2) to form a polymer film (41, 42). The polymer film can be used to replace an alignment film, simplifying a liquid crystal alignment process and reducing cost. The liquid crystal display panel manufacturing method eliminates a step for producing an alignment film, simplifying a production process and reducing production costs. The liquid crystal display panel replaces an alignment film with the polymer film (41, 42) obtained by polymerizing the polymerizable monomer (33) and the vertical alignment agent (32). The invention thereby achieves the goals of liquid crystal alignment and prevents an ionic impurity in a TFT substrate (1) and a CF substrate (2) from spreading into a liquid crystal layer (3), greatly improving panel quality while lowering manufacturing costs.
(FR) L'invention concerne une matière de cristaux liquides, un procédé de fabrication de panneau d'affichage à cristaux liquides et un panneau d'affichage à cristaux liquides. La matière de cristaux liquides comprend des molécules de cristaux liquides (31), un monomère polymérisable (33) et un agent d'alignement vertical (32). Lorsqu'ils sont éclairés par de la lumière ultraviolette, le monomère polymérisable (33) et l'agent d'alignement vertical (32) sont polymérisés pour former un polymère. Le polymère est ensuite déposé sur un substrat (1, 2) pour former un film de polymère (41, 42). (ZH) 一种液晶材料、液晶显示面板的制作方法、及液晶显示面板。该液晶材料包含液晶分子(31)、可聚合单体(33)和垂直取向剂(32),所述可聚合单体(33)和垂直取向剂(32)在紫外光照射下可发生聚合反应,生成聚合物,沉积于基板(1,2)上,形成可取代配向膜的聚合物薄膜(41,42),简化了液晶的配向制程,节约成本。该液晶显示面板的制作方法省去了配向膜制程,制程简单,生产成本低。该液晶显示面板,采用由可聚合单体(33)和垂直取向剂(32)聚合得到的聚合物薄膜(41,42)来取代配向膜,既达到了液晶配向的目的,又能够防止TFT基板(1)和CF基板(2)中的杂质离子扩散到液晶层(3)中,大大提高了面板的品质,且制作成本低。
