Abstract:

(EN)An anti-loosening rail fastening device, comprising a pressing plate (4) provided with a through-hole, a threaded rod (5) passing through the through-hole of the pressing plate, a nut (6) provided on an end portion of the threaded rod, and an anti-loosening nut engagement member (7) sleeved around and provided at the nut. A mounting hole (75) is provided at a middle portion of the anti-loosening nut engagement member, and matches the external surface of the nut. An anti-loosening mechanism is provided on the anti-loosening nut engagement member, and cooperates with the pressing plate to prevent the anti-loosening nut engagement member and the nut from rotating in the reverse direction. By means of the cooperation of the anti-loosening nut engagement member and the pressing plate, the present invention prevents a nut from loosening and rotating in the reverse direction.
(FR)L'invention concerne un dispositif de fixation de rail anti-desserrage, lequel dispositif comprend une plaque de pression (4) comportant un trou traversant, une tige filetée (5) traversant le trou traversant de la plaque de pression, un écrou (6) disposé sur une partie d'extrémité de la tige filetée, et un élément de prise d'écrou anti-desserrage (7) manchonné autour de l'écrou et disposé au niveau de ce dernier. Un trou de montage (75) est disposé au niveau d'une partie centrale de l'élément de prise d'écrou anti-desserrage, et correspond à la surface externe de l'écrou. Un mécanisme anti-desserrage est disposé sur l'élément de prise d'écrou anti-desserrage, et coopère avec la plaque de pression pour empêcher l'élément de prise d'écrou anti-desserrage et l'écrou de tourner dans la direction inverse. Au moyen de la coopération de l'élément de prise d'écrou anti-desserrage et de la plaque de pression, la présente invention empêche un écrou de se desserrer et de tourner dans la direction inverse.
