Abstract:

The invention relates to a process for dehumidifying granulated material, especially vegetable grains, such as coffee, maize, beans, but also materials such as ABS plastics, nylon (polyamide), polystyrene (PS), among others. The present process essentially consists of subjecting the granulated materials to conditions of higher barometric pressure and concomitant heating, followed by subsequent steps with low barometric pressure and gradual temperature reduction. The process is implemented with variable time intervals, according to the nature of the material to be processed and the degree of dehumidification desired. Among other possibilities within the scope of the invention, the process can be implemented as a continuous or batch process.

La présente invention concerne un procédé de déshumidification de matières granulaires, notamment de grains végétaux, tels que le café, le maïs et le haricot, entre autres, mais également de matières telles que les plastiques de type ABS, le nylon (polyamide) et le polystyrène (PS), entre autres. Le présent procédé consiste essentiellement à soumettre la matière granulaire à des conditions d’élévation de pression barométrique et de chauffage concomitantes, puis à réaliser des étapes postérieurs de basse pression barométrique et de réduction échelonnée de température. La réalisation du procédé présente des intervalles de temps variables, selon la nature de la matière à traiter et selon le degré de déshumidification visé. Il est mis en oeuvre au moyen d'une méthode de traitement continu ou discontinu, entre autres possibilités pouvant être couvertes par l'invention.

Apresenta uma invenção referente a um processo para a desumidificação de materiais granulados, sobretudo grãos vegetais, tais como café, milho, feijão entre outros, mas também materiais como os plásticos tipo ABS, nylon (poliamida), poliestireno (PS) entre outros. Sendo que, o presente processo compreende basicamente submeter o material granulado à condições de elevação de pressão barométrica e aquecimento concomitantes; seguindo-se à etapas posteriores de baixa pressão barométrica e redução escalonada de temperatura. Tendo a realização do processo intervalos de tempo variáveis, de acordo com a natureza do material a ser processado e de acordo com o grau de desumidificação pretendido. Sendo realizado por método de processamento contínuo ou por batelada, entre outras possibilidades que podem ser compreendidas no escopo da invenção.
