Abstract:
(EN) A device. The device may include: a substrate, the substrate comprising: an upper surface; and a recess extending from the upper surface into the substrate; an active device region, the active device region disposed within the recess and having a first thickness; and an encapsulant, the encapsulant disposed over the recess and over the active device region, wherein the encapsulant has a second thickness, wherein the encapsulant extends above the upper surface of the substrate to a first distance, and wherein the first distance is less than a sum of the first thickness and second thickness.

Le dispositif peut comprendre : un substrat, le substrat comprenant : une surface supérieure ; et un évidement s'étendant, depuis la surface supérieure, dans le substrat ; une région de dispositif actif, la région de dispositif actif étant disposée à l'intérieur de l'évidement et ayant une première épaisseur ; et un agent d'encapsulation, l'agent d'encapsulation étant disposé sur l'évidement et sur la région de dispositif actif, l'agent d'encapsulation ayant une seconde épaisseur, l'agent d'encapsulation s'étendant au-dessus de la surface supérieure du substrat sur une première distance, la première distance étant inférieure à une somme de la première épaisseur et de la seconde épaisseur.
