(EN)A scintillator, a preparation method therefor, and an application thereof are disclosed. According to one example of the present invention, the scintillator has a chemical formula of TlaAbBc:yCe, wherein: A is at least one rare earth element selected from trivalent rare earth elements; B is at least one halogen element selected from halogen elements; a=1, b=2 and c=7, a=2, b=1 and c=5, or a=3, b=1 and c=6; and y is greater than or equal to 0 and less than or equal to 0.5. According to the example of the present invention, the scintillator has high detection efficiency for radioactive rays, high light output, and an excellent fluorescence decay time characteristic. According to another example of the present invention, the scintillator has a chemical formula of TlaAbBc:yEu, wherein: A is an alkaline earth metal element; B is a halogen element; a=1, b=2 and c=5, or a=1, b=1 and c=3; and y is greater than or equal to 0 mol% and less than or equal to 50 mol%. According to the other example, the scintillator has high detection efficiency for X-rays and gamma rays and exhibits an excellent scintillation characteristic in which light output is great since Eu is added as an activator.
(FR)L'invention concerne un scintillateur, un procédé de préparation s'y rapportant et son application. Selon un exemple de la présente invention, le scintillateur a la formule chimique TlaAbBc:yCe, dans laquelle : A représente au moins un élément terre rare choisi parmi les éléments terres rares trivalents; B représente au moins un élément halogène choisi parmi les éléments halogènes; a = 1, b = 2 et c = 7, a = 2, b = 1 et c = 5 ou a = 3, b = 1 et c = 6; et y est supérieur ou égal à 0 et inférieur ou égal à 0,5. Selon un exemple de la présente invention, le scintillateur a une efficacité de détection élevée pour des rayons radioactifs, une émission de lumière élevée et une excellente caractéristique de temps de décroissance de fluorescence. Selon un autre exemple de la présente invention, le scintillateur a la formule chimique TlaAbBc:yEu, dans laquelle : A représente un élément métal alcalinoterreux; B représente un élément halogène; a = 1, b = 2 et c = 5 ou a = 1, b = 1 et c = 3; et y est supérieur ou égal à 0 % en mole et inférieur ou égal à 50 % en mole. Selon cet autre exemple, le scintillateur a une efficacité de détection élevée pour des rayons X et des rayons gamma et présente une excellente caractéristique de scintillation dans laquelle l'émission de lumière est élevée puisque de l'Eu est ajouté en tant qu'activateur.
(KO)섬광체(scintillator), 이의 제조 방법 및 응용이 개시된다. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 섬광체는 화학식이 TlaAbBc:yCe이고, A는 3가 희토류 원소들 중에서 선택된 적어도 하나의 희토류 원소이고, B는 할로겐 원소들 중에서 선택된 적어도 하나의 할로겐 원소이며, a=1, b=2, c=7 이거나, a=2, b=1, c=5 이거나, 또는 a=3, b=1, c=6 이고, y 는 0 이상 0.5 이하이다. 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 섬광체는 방사선에 대한 검출 효율이 높고, 광출력이 크며, 형광 감쇠 시간 특성이 우수하다. 본 발명의 다른 일 실시예에 따른 섬광체는 화학식이 TlaAbBc:yEu로 주어지며, A는 알칼리토금속원소, B는 할로겐 원소이고, a=1, b=2, c=5 이거나, a=1, b=1, c=3 이고, y 는 0 mol% 이상 50 mol% 이하이다. 본 실시예에 따른 섬광체는 엑스선, 감마선에 대한 검출 효율이 높고, 활성제로 Eu이 첨가되어 광출력이 큰 우수한 섬광특성을 나타낸다.
