(EN) The present invention relates to a method for culturing multiple ovarian follicles by using an angiotensin II receptor agonist and, specifically, to: a method for culturing ovarian follicles, comprising a first culturing step of culturing separated multiple ovarian follicles in a medium, and a second culturing step of culturing the multiple ovarian follicles, which are cultured in the culturing step, in a medium containing an angiotensin II receptor agonist; and a composition for culturing multiple ovarian follicles, containing an angiotensin II receptor agonist. Since multiple ovarian follicles can be cultured by using the method for culturing multiple ovarian follicles, of the present invention, a large quantity of egg cells can be produced, and thus egg cells obtained thereby can be used for external fertilization, infertility studies, and the like.
(FR) La présente invention se rapporte à un procédé de culture de multiples follicules ovariens à l'aide d'un agoniste du récepteur de l'angiotensine II et, plus précisément : à un procédé de culture de follicules ovariens, comprenant une première étape de culture consistant à mettre en culture de multiples follicules ovariens séparés dans un milieu et une seconde étape de culture consistant à mettre en culture les multiples follicules ovariens, qui sont mis en culture dans l'étape de culture, dans un milieu contenant un agoniste du récepteur de l'angiotensine II; et à une composition de culture de multiples follicules ovariens, contenant un agoniste du récepteur de l'angiotensine II. Étant donné que de multiples follicules ovariens peuvent être mis en culture à l'aide du procédé pour réaliser la culture de multiples follicules ovariens selon la présente invention, une grande quantité de cellules d'ovule peuvent être produites et par conséquent les cellules d'ovule ainsi obtenues peuvent être utilisées pour la fécondation externe, des études sur l'infertilité et similaires.
(KO) 본 발명은 안지오텐신 Ⅱ 수용체 작용제를 이용한 복수 난포 배양 방법에 관한 것으로, 구체적으로, 분리된 복수 난포 더미를 배지에서 배양하는 제1배양 단계 및 상기 배양 단계에서 배양된 복수 난포 더미를 안지오텐신 Ⅱ 수용체 작용제를 포함하는 배지에서 배양하는 제2배양 단계를 포함하는 난포 배양 방법, 및 안지오텐신 Ⅱ 수용체 작용제를 포함하는 복수 난포 더미 배양용 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 복수 난포 더미 배양 방법을 이용하면, 복수의 난포 배양이 가능하여 난자를 대량으로 생산할 수 있으므로, 이로부터 수득된 난자는 체외수정 및 불임 연구 등에 유용하게 이용될 수 있을 것이다.
