This inductor module (1) is provided with: an insulative flexible substrate (100) comprising a thermoplastic resin; an integrated circuit (IC) element (110) embedded in the flexible substrate (100); chip-shaped capacitors (120, 130) embedded in the flexible substrate (100); a chip-shaped inductor (140) mounted on one primary surface of the flexible substrate (100), and having a magnetic body acting as an element body (200); and an input/output terminal (160) formed on another primary surface of the flexible substrate (100). The IC element (110) is a switching IC element, the chip-shaped inductor (140) is a choke coil, and the inductor module (1) may configure a DC-DC converter module.

L'invention concerne un module inducteur (1) comportant : un substrat souple isolant (100) comprenant une résine thermoplastique ; un élément de circuit intégré (CI) (110) incorporé dans le substrat souple (100) ; des condensateurs en forme de puce (120, 130) incorporés dans le substrat souple (100) ; un inducteur en forme de puce (140) monté sur une surface principale du substrat souple (100) et comprenant un corps magnétique agissant en guise de corps d'élément (200) ; et une borne d'entrée/de sortie (160) formée sur une autre surface principale du substrat souple (100).
